Easter

Saturday we took Kirby to meet the Easter Bunny and to try another egg hunt.
As you can see the 3 and under egg hunt was chaos. We thought Kirby would be an egg hunting expert after the Play Group experience, once again Kirby found three eggs.

Kirby and his buddy Tripp comparing egg hunt strategies

Saturday afternon Kirby and Daddy died some real eggs.
Sunday at Baba's house kirby pretended he was "buddy"

And finally found more than three eggs.

Easter Egg Play Group

This week Kirby's friend Jackson had an egg hunt. Kirby wasn't feeling so well, and as far as the egg hunt goes he wasn't feeling it either.

As soon as he saw the toys he was completley over the egg hunt.
He did manage to pick up three eggs.

VROOM

Watch out on the roads, Kirby is now officially behind the wheel. One of kirby's friends had a power wheel at his birthday party and Kirby would NOT get off it. Ted and i thought it would be the perfect present..... we had no idea. First of all for the next 10 years we will be wrapping up the power wheels and re-gifting it to him. It is HUGE, I can even drive it. A little overkill if you ask me. What's a girl to do, i Could have bought an entire new wardrobe for what this thing cost.

AARRRRR!

Sunday we had a little b-day party for kirby in the back yard. Most of Kirby's friends and their parents came. Not quite the party Kirby threw last year.... but still lots of fun.

Kirby was dressed as a pirate.

Feeding the ducks

Sherry and I took the boys to feed the ducks, Since we were out of bread we fed them old Cheerios and some gold fish.

The boys loved it!

After the duck pond we went to play at the Park.

Boating

Last week, on a beautiful afternoon, we were fortunate enough to be invited to go on a little boat cruise with our friends Cooper, Shelly and their little girl Emsley.
Ted says Kirby has been boating before....... i don't remember and i didn't take pictures, so we are counting this as his first real boat trip.

We stopped and had a picnic at Yacht Club. SO much fun. Kirby and Emsley ran around and had a blast.
Thank you so much Nightingales!
