Kirby is always wanting to hold his brother, this could be trouble but it's sweet how much they already love each other after 8 short weeks. Kirby's affection for Roe is obvious, but Roe just lights up when kirb comes around. Even when it looks to us like kirby is smothering him with a huge hug, Roe usually has a big grin on his face.

Funnel Cloud

I know this pic looks fake but anyone around last friday know it was way real. This is a camera phone pic taken from our front yard of the funnel cloud that traveled down the river late friday afternoon. Thanks for the warning Jeanne. To bad it didn't swoop up my next door neighbor's house like it looks like it may do.

Fathers Day at the Lake

We spent a fun and HOT sunday at the lake celebrating fathers day

The tempature was supposed to be 101, but it was nice and breezy at the lake.

Kirby had two of his guys friends, Tripp and Evan, join him.

Water Park

This morning I took Kirb and his big boy friend to the water park
They had a ton of fun!

At first there was summer camp group running around but they left pretty soon after we got there and the boys had the whole park to themselves.

Roe was a champ and slept the whole time ( just resting those vocal chords for the ride home)

A great activity for an 100 degree day!

Back at the Art Market

Finally after 3 weeks off we spent Roe's 5 week birthday at the Arts Market.

We got a perfect place in the shade, almost perfect, except for the sewery smell when there wasn't a breeze.

Lucky for all of us there was a little breeze most of the day.

Play Date

This morning we had a playdate with some good old friends.

Tyler loved playing on the car

I just figured out my new scanner..... so here are two mom's a few years older than these two. Funny now we both have two boys.

Roe's First Vacation

It's official, I am a terrible mom.

I swore I wouldn't do it but I have, Kirby's life so far has been documented perfectly. I am surprised I didn't take a picture of the first poop.... and the second and the third for that matter. And here we are on Roe's first vacation and the only pic I took of him was as we were practically walking out the door and I realized what I had done.So, here we are.... kirbs and roe on the bed (last day of beach vacation)
