Feeding the ducks and other adventures

Kirby's buddy Noah has a new brother, i think he is six days old today. This afternoon we took Noah to feed the ducks to give mom a little "relax time", if that's possible with a six day old. Anyways, Cameron, Hudson, Finn, Shelly, Emsley and Uncle Wiley met us at the playground. We had a lot of fun.

Kirby was sick this weekend, but he still managed to cheer for the Gators.

Morning at the zoo

Last week we finally braved the zoo again, and we did decide that it is still way to haot to be outside at all.

Kirby and his friend Tyler had fun at the splash park though.

Farmer Kirb

Last weekend Uncle John got a tracor and helped Dad clearout the back yard.
It may have been the coolest event so-far in Kirby's life.
John let Kirby Drive the tractor.
Look how little he looks next to the big tractor.

Sundays

We have spent almost all of our sundays this summer out at Victory Lake. These pictures are of Kirby and some of his bigger cousins at the lake. We all had lots of fun. JT, Zach, and Dad did some wakeboarding. Kirby played with Darden and Claire most of the day.

After a long day on the lake, the family went over to Saddler point to see a gator that one of Uncle John's friends caught.

School

Ok, I know Kirby is only ONE but we decided to sign him up for "Mothers Morning Out" two mornings a week. Just in time too, "mom-b" our new little buisness is really talking off, so i am happy for a couple of mornings a week to get some work done.

Anyways here is Kirby on his first day of school.

He had to bring his school supplies and like a big boy he insisted on helping dad carry it to the car.

When we went to pick him up at noon, he could have cared less. He was so busy playing with the train set he didn't even want to go home.

A real haircut

Ok , I guess I have let enough time go by between posts. While at High Hampton we all got a little tired of people refering to our little man as "her". Here are some pics of his first professional Haircut.

Silly Goose

Kirby received his first official "goose egg" today, he was getting a little crazy playing with Gator and whipped around and nailed his head on the leg of the table. He cried for maybe 3 minutes while everyone else panicked. Then he resumed regular play like nothing had happened. He is under close observation now but we think he will make it!

what not to do on a rainy day.....

okay, remember back to how much fun Chuckie Cheese was when you were little, the lights, the noise, the show.............pizza.

DO NOT GO! For anyone who reads this blog and may be considering taking their child, grandchild, nephew or neice. You may want to reconsider. First of all the parking lot was NOT full but apparentley either these people can fit 15 kids into each car or they walked....eeek.

as you can see kirby is not smiling in one picture, maybe that was because of all the bully's and their bully parents.
This girl REFUSED to get off the Monster truck after she ran out of tokens.

We had to PAY her (with tokens) to go away, and if you look close you will see that she is still attached to the truck on the other side.
Kirby was horrified of the show, which is nothing like we remembered.
DON'T GO!
